Water monitoring data for Osoyoos Lake collected by OLWQS:

Each week between May and October, a crew of Society volunteers go out on the lake and test the water for temperature, depth, dissolved oxygen, pH, specific conductivity, and water clarity (secchi disc). Results are sent to the BC Ministry of Environment.

The levels of Osoyoos Lake fluctuate depending on the season. This picture, taken in January at Cottonwood Park looking NE, shows its lowest level. The high water mark is on the extreme right.
